Stampin Thursday Mystery Card Nov. 18, 2021

Every third Thursday I do a Stampin' Thursday Mystery card I really love the Mystery Stamping...putting a card together clue by clue. The end result is always such a surprise. I confess that sometimes I'm not so pleased with the way my 'mystery card' turned out but I can always take the layout and make one that is more to my taste! But I do love the adventure!!

So here is Clue 1, which tells you what supplies to gather so that you can make the card along with me.

Cranberry Sauce - Whole berry or jelly??

Thanksgiving is almost here!! And a staple of that anticipated meal is cranberry sauce. But which one will be on your table? Do you prefer the whole berry type or the jelly type? And do you make your own or use the canned?

I'd love to hear from you. Please comment on your favorite!!

Another Eden's Garden Card & video

I'm in love with this collection. I love that the paper has gold highlights in it. Every sheet has the gilded gold accents on one side. Here's a sampling of the paper. It shows the front and the back of each sheet of the Designer Series Paper. The two circles show the colors used - Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen.

Here's the card I demonstrated on this morning's FB Live (Nov. 4, 2021) It's a funfold card so I'm showing the card front then the card unfolded! This video is also available for viewing on my YouTube Channel.

There are lots of 'cut' pieces so I'll list them from the larger base to the smaller inside section.

cardbase  8 1/2 x 4 1/4, scored at 5  1/2.  Soft Succulent cs
Evening Evergreen cs  4 1/8 x 5 3/8       DSP  4 x 5 1/4   Inside right of cardbase (adhere these together)
Evening Evergreen cs  2 7/8 x 4 1/8     DSP 2 3/4 x 4   front flap of cardbase (adhere these together)
smaller fold   8 x 3, scored at 4   Evening Evergreen cs
Soft Succulent  2 7/8 x 3 7/8      Evening Evergreen Cotton Paper  2 3/4 x 3 3/4  (dry embossed with Meadow Moments embossing folder then sentiment heat embossed with gold embossing powder) (attached to front part of smaller fold)
Soft Succulent cs  2 7/8 x 3 7/8    Basic White  2 3/4 x 3 3/4, stamped with Soft Succulent and larger image in stamp set. Sentiment stamped over image with Evening Evergreen ink.
The gold accent piece is from the Expressions In Ink Ephemera pack
Gold twine  7"          3 Gilded Gems

Watch the video for more complete instructions. Enjoy making this card! The design can be used with any combination of Designer Series Papers and cardstocks.
