This is such a fun card that spotlights the Designer Series Paper. The paper I used for my card is Daffodil Afternoon, a Sale-A-Bration free choice with a $50 purchase.
These are the supplies that you will need.
Basic Black cardbase - 4 1/2 x 4 1/4
Basic White 5 1/4 x 3 7/8
Daffodil Afternoon DSP 4 3/4 x 3 3/4
Crushed Curry cardstock to be used for the flaps 5 1/4 x 4 1/4
Layering Circles Framelits
Sentiment for inside
You will need to cut the So Saffron piece for the flaps along the long side at 2 1/8" two times, leaving the third piece at 1".
Then you will also need to cut the DSP for the flaps. If your DSP has a specific direction, be careful to cut it the correct direction. Make the first cut at 1 7/8" for the top piece. Turn the paper around and cut 1 7/8" again for the bottom piece, leaving the center 1". Trim 1/8" off the center piece. Set these pieces aside in the order you want them to be on your card front.
The FB Live video shows how to cut the flaps and assemble this card. You'll be glad you gave it a try! Such a fun card to send to someone special!
