These are the cards that were completed in our Call of Fall Workshop. I love the colors of Fall - the oranges, reds, yellows, greens, browns, and the hint of gold!

The Pumpkins in the cart are stamped on Very Vanilla with Terracotta Tile. The pumpkins on the ground are from Gather Together, stamped on Very Vanilla with Terracotta Tile. I used Light Pumpkin Pie to lightly shade the bottom of the pumpkins. Dark & Light Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive, and Crumb Cake blenders are used to color the various gourds. The basket is highlighted with Crumb Cake. The Indian Corn has touches of Real Red in it. The large wheat sheave is cut from Very Vanilla and colored with Crumb Cake and Old Olive. Linen thread is tied in a double bow and attached with glue dot. 3 Champagne Rhinestones finish the card.
The last card uses a fun technique to create the leaves. You use watercolor paper and reinkers. I cut the watercolor paper to 4 x 5 1/4. Protect your table top with a piece of plastic or wax paper. I also wear a thin glove on the hand that I will use to touch the paper. Spray the paper generously with water. Drop droplets of reinkers onto the wet paper (Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Crumb Cake, Calypso Coral) and watch the magic happen! Tilt paper to move ink around. You may even have to spray a little more water. Cover the majority of the watercolor paper with color. Set aside on paper towel to dry. The card base is Cajun Craze cut at 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4. The card front is Very Vanilla cut to 4 x 5 1/4. Emboss this piece with Scripty Embossing Folder. Using a brayer, brush over the front with Crumb Cake to distress. Further distress by rubbing edges of embossed piece directly on ink pad. You want an aged look. The sentiment is Very Vanilla punched with Lovely Labels Pick a Punch, distressed with Cinnamon Cider and stamped. Wrap Linen Thread around the card front twice and tie a bow. Attach card front to card base. By this time your watercolor paper should be dry. If it's not, use a heat gun to finish the drying process. Then stamp the two larger leaves with Early Espresso and cut with die from Gathered Leaves. The smaller leaf is cut with one of the smaller leaf dies. Attach leaves with glue dots.
So now you have instructions on how to make these 5 beautiful Fall cards. Which one is your favorite? I'd love to know!!
