What kind of cardmaker are you - beginner? casual? advanced? or avid?

This video (on Facebook Live or on Youtube) shows the progression going from a casual stamper to an avid stamper. I demonstrate both a casual card and an avid card...using the Daisy Garden stamp.  So no matter where you fall on the spectrum, you can see ways to move to the next level, and what makes the difference.

These are the cards used to show the progression.

Double Flap Sidefold Card tutorial

Today's Facebook Live was a demonstration of this unique but simple funfold card. For this card you'll need the following:

Cardbase - solid cs 5 1/2 x 11     scored at 1 3/4, 5 1/2 & 9 3/4   (I used Merry Merlot)
Another piece from the same cs   1 x 11

2 coordinating DSP patterns (I used Beauty of the Earth dsp and Cork Specialty Paper)
    from one pattern    5 1/4 x 3 1/2  and  5 1/4 x 1
    from the 2nd   5 1/4 x 1 1/2

Cut sentiment label from a lighter cs (I used Crumb Cake)

Cut and/or color an image to place on the sentiment piece

Cut a piece of Basic White or Very Vanilla  4 x 5 1/4 for the inside.

This funfold has a belly band made from the 1 x 11 piece of cs. The photo below shows the two folds and the belly band.
Fold the card in half . Next fold the larger piece back then the smaller fold back over the larger.

Here is another sample of the same funfold.

Watch theYoutube tutorial video to see a demonstration, then make some. I'd love to see a photo of what you made posted in the comments!!
